Responsible AI
Last Updated: July 11, 2026
OgaChat, OGAMI’s customer engagement assistant, is built on Claude, Anthropic’s AI model. This page explains how it works, what it’s good at, and where its limits are.
How OgaChat Works
OgaChat answers customer conversations on your website and WhatsApp using the business information you give it: your services, hours, location, booking process, and FAQs. It answers what it knows, asks one clear follow-up question to understand what the customer needs, and captures their contact details so your team can follow up. It never invents specific prices, availability, or medical advice: where it doesn’t know, it says so and hands off to your team.
Human Oversight
A human is never locked out of the conversation. Every account can review any OgaChat conversation in full, and can switch a specific conversation to manual mode at any time. OgaChat goes silent and your team takes over directly. Nothing OgaChat says to a customer is hidden from you.
Limitations
Like any AI system, OgaChat can occasionally misunderstand a question, answer imprecisely, or produce a response that doesn’t perfectly reflect your business. It is a customer engagement tool, not a substitute for professional advice in regulated areas such as medical, legal, or financial guidance. We recommend reviewing your business profile periodically and spot-checking conversations, particularly in the first weeks after setup.
Your Responsibility
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide to OgaChat, for reviewing conversations relevant to your business, and for following up on captured leads. OGAMI is not liable for business outcomes resulting from AI-generated conversations. See our Terms of Service.
Data Handling
Conversation content is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate replies. Under Anthropic’s commercial API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train Anthropic’s models. Full detail on what we collect and how it’s handled is in our Privacy Policy.
Improving Over Time
We review how OgaChat performs across real conversations and refine its instructions and guardrails as we learn where it needs to do better. If you notice OgaChat getting something wrong for your business, tell us: hello@ogamy.co.
