Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to anyone using OGAMI or OgaChat, including through the WhatsApp Business Platform. It is part of our Terms of Service. Violating it may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You may not use OGAMI to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages: including bulk or unrequested WhatsApp messages outside Meta’s messaging policies and outside a genuine customer conversation.
• Commit fraud: including misrepresenting your business, running scams, or using OGAMI to deceive customers about products, pricing, or identity.
• Phish or attempt to steal credentials: including impersonating another business, financial institution, or individual to obtain personal or payment information.
• Distribute malware: including sending or linking to malicious software, code, or files through any OGAMI channel.
• Abuse or harass: including threatening, hateful, or discriminatory content directed at customers, staff, or any other person.
• Impersonate others: including presenting yourself or your business as a person, brand, or entity you are not authorized to represent.
• Attack our systems: including attempting to bypass rate limits, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping data at scale, or otherwise interfering with the Service’s normal operation.
• Infringe intellectual property: including uploading or distributing content you don’t have the rights to.
• Break the law: including any use that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Enforcement

We review reports of misuse and may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity. Automated abuse of our AI endpoints (for example, scripted traffic intended to exhaust usage limits) is rate-limited and may result in immediate suspension.

If you believe an OGAMI-powered conversation is being used to abuse, defraud, or impersonate you or someone else, contact hello@ogamy.co with as much detail as you can provide.
